IPATIO RETURN POLICY

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. If there's anything we can do to improve your experience, please get in touch with us at support@ipatio.ca.

 

We'll accept return requests for the item(s) whose condition is(are) unused, in original packaging, and resalable. The item(s) must be in its(their) original packaging, in the same condition as the customer received it. Keep the original packaging just in case you need to return it.

 

We do not accept returns for gift cards or downloadable products.

 

If you wish to return your item(s), you must submit a request on My Returns page within 30 days starts from the date your item(s) was shipped.

 

Please only return the item(s) after getting approval since the receiving address may differ for different products. Please also note that Freight Collect shipments will be refused according to the manufacturer's policies.

 

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print out, affix to the package, and ship back the item(s) once we confirm the condition of the item(s) is(are) unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Insurance will be applied on the return shipment by default, and the cost will be included in the return shipping cost when calculated.

 

Please note that you are responsible for any associated shipping costs when returning your item(s), except for a manufacturer's defect or a shipping error on our part.

 

Any product returns received used / not resalable will be scrapped and cannot be shipped back to the customer. Therefore, we will issue no refund in this case.

 

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will review your request and inspect the item(s). Then, we will send you an email to confirm that we've received your item(s) and are processing your request. Finally, we'll follow up with another email once we start processing the request to let you know if your return was approved.

 

If approved, we will refund your original payment method within two weeks. However, all payment companies differ in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank statement.

 

We will deduct the actual original-outbound-delivery and return-shipping costs (and insurance if applicable) from the refund amount.

 

Please get in touch with the manufacturer directly once you find any defective or missing parts in the received item(s). (You can find the manufacturer's contact info on the item(s) product page. Also, feel free to reach us at support@ipatio.ca if you have difficulty finding the contact info.)

 

The manufacturer will decide to either ship a replacement or refund it directly according to their respective return policies and warranty terms.
We will not involve this process generally according to the manufacturer's policies. However, feel free to reach us at support@ipatio.ca if you need assistance communicating with the manufacturer.

 

Please try not to open it, and leave it in the original package. Submit a request on My Returns page. We will ship a replacement immediately once confirmed and also arrange a pick-up at the same time at our cost.

 

Please inspect the condition of the package when receiving the item(s), and Submit a request on My Returns page immediately if you find any damage. Please try not to open it, and leave it in the original package. We may need your assistance to provide detailed photos for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

We will ship a replacement immediately once confirmed at our cost and arrange a pick-up if needed after evaluation.

1. Visit My Account > My Returns page, select the order you will return from, and click the 'Return' button.
2. Then, choose the item(s) you want to return from the order.
3. Fill out the form and submit it.
