IPATIO Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Our team is working hard to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible. However, some customers are experiencing a delay due to our shipping partners experiencing higher volume due to peak season. We know this is frustrating, and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

To get all of the applicable shipping methods for your order, please make sure:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Fill up your address form or choose an address from your existing saved addresses list on the checkout page.

You will be unable to get the correct shipping rate before you finish these two steps above since our shipping methods and rates vary with different customer account groups and delivery addresses.

Pickup For Free FREE

  • Picking up from our stores is always free of charge.

*Eligible for customers around our store locations.

*Not applicable for all products which are "Online Exclusive."

Free Shipping on Orders over C$88

  • This shipping method will not be available for orders less than C$88. However, you could choose any other available shipping method options instead.

*Eligible for orders only contain items whose shipping type is "Parcel" and "LTL"; this shipping method will become unavailable and won't be shown up when there are items with other shipping types(like "Long Loads" or "Acti-Sol" Brand products) in the shopping cart.

*Not applicable for orders with certain oversized products and a shipping distance of more than 1000km.

*Not applicable for orders from rural areas (The second digit of the postal code is "0"), remote territories (Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories) and islands.

Standard Shipping

  • Faster & with tracking.
  • The shipping Rate will be calculated automatically according to the 3PL partner quote and our shipping rate algorithm.
  • Items with all different shipping types will be covered by this shipping method.
  • C$8.88 for parcel orders from most Canadian urban addresses.
  • C$13.32 for parcel orders less than C$35 from most Canadian urban addresses.
  • C$13.32 for seed orders less than C$35 from most Canadian urban addresses, and C$8.88 for seed orders over C$35 and less than C$70.
  • Free Shipping on Seed Orders over C$70 from most Canadian urban addresses.

*Extra fee may be added to the shipping cost of orders with certain oversized products and a shipping distance of more than 1000km.

Lettermail Shipping - Free on Seed Orders over C$15

  • Canada Post Lettermail is the most economical option for shipping small seed products. It's important to understand that this method does not include tracking or guaranteed delivery. While most orders arrive promptly, there is a risk of delays or loss during transit.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 14 business days.
  • C$3 for seed orders from most Canadian urban addresses with Canada Post Lettermail Service.
