How your points work

  • Every 100 points take CA$1 off an order.
  • Use them at checkout once you have 100 points (CA$1).
  • Points can pay up to 50% of an order.
  • Your points never expire.
  • Points from an order are added once it is complete; you see every change in your account.
  • Ordered without an account? Create one on the order confirmation page and the order still counts.

Programme terms

Who can join
Club IPATIO is free. Every IPATIO customer account takes part from the day it is created.
Earning points
Points are added for the actions shown above, at the amounts shown above. Points for an order are calculated on the order amount before tax and are added once the order is complete. Points earned on an order that is later cancelled or refunded can be removed from your balance.
Using points
You use your points at checkout, at the value, minimum and limit shown above. Points have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or combined with another account.
Expiry
Your points do not expire.
Reviews
Review points are given for every published review, whatever its rating. We publish reviews that follow our review guidelines.
Changes to these terms
We announce any change to the programme on this page at least 60 days before it applies. Points you have already earned are kept.
Closing your account
Points are removed when an account is deleted.
