How do I earn IPATIO reward points?
With a personal IPATIO account you earn points when you create your account, subscribe to our newsletter, shop and review products.
How much are my reward points worth, and how do I use them?
Every 100 points take $1 off an order. Once you have at least 100 points, sign in and use them in your cart or at checkout.
When are the points for my order added?
Once your order is complete, meaning it has been paid and shipped. Sign-up points are added right away, newsletter points once you confirm your subscription by e-mail.
I checked out as a guest. Can I still earn points for my order?
Yes, if you create your account on the order confirmation page right after you order.
I have an account but placed my order as a guest. Can the points be added?
Points are added only to orders placed while you are signed in. If you already ordered as a guest, contact us within 30 days and we can add the order to your account.
Do my reward points expire?
No. Your reward points never expire.
Where can I see my reward points?
Sign in and open Points & history in your account: your balance, what it is worth and every points change.
