I have an account but placed my order as a guest. Can the points be added?
What to do:
- Next time: sign in before you place your order. The checkout shows how many points the order earns.
- Already ordered as a guest: contact us through the chat or at [email protected] within 30 days, with your order number. The name and e-mail on the order must match your account.
