What is IPATIO's return policy for outdoor structures?
IPATIO return policy highlights:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Restocking fee: Large/oversized items may have a 15-20% restocking fee due to freight costs
- Defective items: Replaced at no charge — contact customer service with photos of the defect
- Missing parts: Contact the manufacturer directly (Arrow, ShelterLogic, Sojag) for replacement parts under warranty
