Does the Arrow steel base kit include a floor?
No. What you get is the hot-dipped electro-galvanized steel base frame, 2 in. high, with all the hardware and the instructions. Floor and finishing materials are not included.
That is deliberate — you pick the floor to suit the site and the budget. Exterior-grade plywood cut to the frame size gives a solid wood floor; patio blocks or gravel inside the frame work for equipment that does not mind a hard surface; and you can also use the frame as a form for a concrete pad and pour inside it.
