Customer Questions

How much does a solarium or sunroom kit cost to install?

DIY installation is free — most Gazebo Penguin and Sojag solariums are designed for homeowner assembly. Professional installation typically costs $500-$2,000 depending on size and site preparation.

Do solariums add value to a home in Canada?

It can. A three-season solarium adds sheltered, usable space that many buyers appreciate, but how much it adds to resale value depends on the home, the local market and the installation, so we can't promise a figure.
