Can the Sojag Yamba pergola be installed on a deck?

The Yamba is a freestanding 10 ft. x 10 ft. pergola with four aluminum posts. Install it on a level, solid surface and fasten each post's base plate to the deck joists, pavers or concrete with hardware suited to the surface. Anchoring is required for wind stability; it should never be left unanchored.
