The 8' x 12' size covers wall-mounted structures that attach to a house, garage or existing deck. It includes the Gazebo Penguin Florence wall-mounted solarium in black with a polycarbonate or metal roof, the Florence Add-A-Room in sand and slate with the same roof choices, and the Sojag Portland wall gazebo in brown.

An 8' x 12' footprint gives roughly 96 square feet of covered space — room for a patio set or a small dining table — while keeping one full side against the wall. That makes it a practical choice for narrower yards, side entrances and townhouse decks. Solariums in this size are built for three-season use in Canadian conditions.
